Aseem Agarwal’s journey in the Financial Services Industry spans over 11 years, marked by exceptional achievements and unwavering dedication. After completing his degree in Software Engineering from the University of Auckland and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from a world-renowned university, he began his career at the Industry Training Organization. Currently, he is working as the Head of the Mortgage team, responsible for arranging loans up to one billion per year. Aseem has a passion for training and grooming new mortgage advisers.

In 2012, he joined Global Financial Services. Since 2014, Aseem has been involved in making strategic decisions and helping customers achieve their desired mortgage goals through his exceptional leadership and strategic vision.

Not content with just leading the Mortgage division, Aseem also serves as a member of the Advisory Board of Directors for Global Financial Services Ltd. In this capacity, he plays a vital role in guiding and overseeing the company’s governance and oversight functions to ensure its continuous growth and success.

Aseem’s influence extends beyond boardroom meetings. He provides invaluable guidance and direction to the mortgage team, branch managers, and customer retention team, always striving to keep the organization ahead of industry trends in recruitment and training of mortgage advisers.
