Broker Profile

In 2013, Carmela began her career in the insurance industry as a broker focused on personal risk management. Within two years, she progressed to the role of Business Development Manager (BDM), leading a team of advisors and collaborating with them to generate innovative ideas that would help customers achieve their goals. Driven by her desire to help more people protect their assets and achieve their dreams of owning a home or making investments, she added mortgage services to her portfolio in 2016.

Carmela holds a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Service with a major in International Trade from Lyceum of the Philippines University and has accumulated over 15 years of experience in sales, customer service, and management through her previous professional roles both locally and internationally. To stay abreast of the latest industry developments and trends, she regularly attends trainings and seminars, earns CPD credits, and meets other industry requirements. As the industry continues to evolve with the introduction of new products and technologies, Carmela ensures that she remains up-to-date to provide the best possible service to her clients.

Despite her strong work ethic, Carmela believes in enjoying life to the fullest. She participates in beauty pageants and fashion shows, loves reading, singing, socializing, and exploring the world. When not working, she cherishes spending time with her supportive husband, Richard, and their three children, Kian, Karl, and Kayla.
