Phil has been in the financial and residential service sector since the year 2005. He himself was first a client and after understanding the whole process and seeing how much importance it holds in people’s lives, he got his license to work in the field. Coming into the world of mortgage finance, he found his calling and is more than happy about what he does. He is a friend and a helper and not just a consultant. He takes every one of his clients with him onto the adventure of finding their perfect homes. The client’s not only come to him for their simple purchasing and selling property tasks, he has helped his clients into their first home and has also been trusted to help his clients get their fourth and fifth homes. Because of his knowledge and expertise, his clients stay connected with him for years. Phil values his past and present clients equally and gives them his best efforts on whatever they need.

He loves seeing the shine and happiness on his clients when they reach their financial goals because of Phil and so he tries his best to get them the needed assistance through all legal means necessary. He also volunteers for many community services and is an active member of Awatere ECE Hub Community Trust that tries to mitigate losses resulting from accidental earthquakes and related natural disasters. When he is free from work, he loves to get out in nature and rides his mountain bike in the wilderness to enjoy life at its best.
