Broker Profile

Louise is a Christchurch mortgage broker who has worked in the financial industry for over 20 years. When she started as a bank tell, it didn’t take time for her to realise her true passion in property and lending.

She lived the Kiwi lifestyle herself after she and her family moved to New Zealand from Scotland in 2010. She also worked as a mortgage advisor for a good number of years in Auckland before relocated again to Christchurch, where she worked with SBS Bank also as a mortgage specialist. The above experience is what allowed her to get a lot farther in her career as a mortgage broker. It gave her a greater understanding of the process from a bank’s point of view.

Louise has built, bought, invested in and sold properties of her own, now her passion is all things property and wants to share this passion, knowledge and wisdom with everyone who plans to buy a home too — or invest in property in general.

Outside her lending career, she enjoys activities like book camps, running, skiing, and walking her dog.
